Every shot is a small act of intention. This one rewards it.

The Draw is our house espresso blend — built from two carefully selected origins, one from South America, one from Central America. The South American component brings body, sweetness, and that thick crema that coats the cup. The Central American brings brightness, clarity, and a clean finish that cuts through milk without disappearing into it.

Together they pull a shot that's rich, balanced, and just complex enough to keep you interested. Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, red apple, and a honey sweetness that lingers in the finish.

Dialled in as espresso it's everything you want in the cup. Holds its own through milk too — flat white, cortado, latte. It doesn't get lost.

Designed for espresso. Also excellent as a strong French press or Moka pot.
