Still Hour is our darkest roast — taken further into the fire until it finds something deeper. Richer. More settled. It's the cup you reach for when the day is winding down and you want something that feels as unhurried as you're trying to be.

Sourced from South America and roasted dark to bring out its fullest character. Full-bodied and bold without being aggressive. Notes of dark chocolate, roasted almond, and caramel with a long, warming finish that asks you to sit with it a little longer.

This isn't a coffee that rushes anywhere. Neither should you.

Best brewed as espresso, French press, or stovetop Moka pot.
